RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

You can easily return a product when you follow the following steps:

  • Please contact our customer service: returns@gymroarstore.com.
  • Fill in the return form and send it by e-mail.
  • Add a 2nd copy of the return form and put it inside the box.
  • Add the items in the box you want to return.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest Delivery Office.
  • Receive a shipping receipt and keep it safe.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

From the moment the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will process your return within fourteen working days. Our team will notify you via email when the parcel has been processed. Once we have processed your return it may take up to five working days before you receive the refund on your bank account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

Once we have processed your return, it can take up to five working days before you receive the refund on your account or before your invoice is adjusted in AfterPay or Klarna.

WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can only return your product(s) within 14 days if it is in original condition, packaging and completely free of defects after purchase.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN FEES?

Any costs and risks for returning products are for the account of the sender.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

No, it is not possible to exchange a product. You are allowed to place a new order after you returned your product(s).

WARRANTY PERIODS

As a customer, you have legal provisions regarding warranty for each purchase stating that the product is or does what you would reasonably expect it to be or do. Because we stand behind our products, it comes with a two-year warranty.

I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

From the moment we have received your order back in our warehouse, we have fourteen working days to process the return. Once we have processed the return, it can take up to five working days before you have received the purchase amount on your account or that your AfterPay or Klarna invoice has been adjusted.

I CANNOT PRINT THE RETURN FORM, WHAT CAN I DO?

Do you want to return a product, but you don't have a printer? Do not panic!

How can I do this?

  • Take an empty paper
  • Write your name, order number, return number, name of the item, reason for return and your e-mail address on the empty paper.
  • Put the empty paper with the product you want to return in the box.
  • Also send the details to our customer service: returns@gymroarstore.com.
